Whether you are relying on NSAID’s to get you through the day or have been told you need a knee replacement, our Knee Program will get you back on track fast. Because our quality control standards are high, our team members are among the best in the business. Our goal is to always deliver the best Non-Surgical Healthcare solutions possible. We want you, our valued customer, to be happy. Here is some information on our Knee Program:

5 Steps to Healthy Knees

Step 1: Consultation, Evaluation, Digital X-rays and Ultra-Sound: Our doctors will perform specific orthopedic/muscle tests to determine the function of the knee. Ultra-Sound will be performed to assess soft tissue structures of the knee. Problem-specific X-rays will then be taken to determine if you are a candidate for our non-surgical knee program, and the most effective approach that we need to take.

Step 2: Hyaluronic Therapy: Hyaluronic Acid, which acts as a synthetic form of your natural knee cartilage is administered under specific ultrasound guidance to add cushion and resilience back to the knee. Hyaluronic Acid acts as a lubricant to the knee joint. The accepted standard of care for treatment with Hyaluronic Acid consists of 5 injections over a 5 week period.

Step 3: Improving Function: Cold laser, adjustor, and percussion are used to restore strength and range of motion (R.O.M) in the spine and knee. This is done by increasing cell energy and removing inflammation. This will improve function, which will eliminate the root cause of pain. 85-90% of knee pain sufferers reported positive changes.

Step 4: Natural Medicine for Joint Health: The doctor will recommend and prescribe a specific supplement, based off blood chemistry, to help relieve pain, assist the body to produce more cartilage in the knee joint, and improve the overall function and health of the knee.

Step 5: Rehabilitation: Stretching and strengthening exercises will be recommended to rehabilitate the surrounding muscles around the knee. Therapies will typically be performed under supervision 2 times per week for 6 weeks.

Dr. Jeff Hall & all the staff at Chattanooga Integrated Medicine Center are very professional but yet so friendly and caring! After treatment of decompression, laser, massage, and adjustments to my R knee along with the five Hyalgan injections, I am now able to go up and down stairs alternating my feet. The pain in my knee and leg has gone. I am now able to stand and exercise more. Life is enjoyable now! Johnny is excellent in showing movements and exercising for strengthening specific muscles. Thank you to each one.
